1. Shipping Areas
GardenTool Pro currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1โ2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3โ7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Orders over $50 may qualify for free standard shipping, as indicated on the Site.
5. Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this information to follow the progress of your delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt at support@victodir.shop. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
